Have you tried to contact us? We have recently discovered a major issue with our email due to a setting on Microsoft servers from previous owners of our domain name performancedesign.com. This prevents emails from anyone using a Microsoft hosted exchange platform, Forefront or Office 365 products from getting to us. They are bounced, sometimes without notification. We are working with Microsoft and the prior domain owner to correct this but it is not complete yet. We believe any bounced email is not recoverable. We also have a backlog of emails delayed by another problem and are working through those replies.
